Your main assignments:

  • You develop innovative, modern products that cover all demands on face and body care products in natural cosmetics
  • You look after existing recipes and make optimisations, legal adjustments, process and packaging changes
  • You manage your own development projects with a focus on developing recipes for natural cosmetics
  • You document laboratory data and support the preparation of audits
  • You create product descriptions of the existing and future products
  • You carry out the checks of stability data and release of recipes
  • Evaluation of alternative raw materials
  • You ensure the documentation in the course of the development projects
  • You are responsible for editing and maintaining the recipe database


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of natural sciences, food cosmetics chemistry or comparable training
  • Ideally with a few years of professional experience in a comparable position in formulation development
  • Sound experience in the development of cosmetic products
  • Basic understanding of quality assurance & quality control of cosmetic products
  • Initiative and commitment as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality
  • A sense of responsibility, resilience and a high level of initiative
  • Confident handling of IT and the latest communication tools
