Your main assignments:
- You develop innovative, modern products that cover all demands on face and body care products in natural cosmetics
- You look after existing recipes and make optimisations, legal adjustments, process and packaging changes
- You manage your own development projects with a focus on developing recipes for natural cosmetics
- You document laboratory data and support the preparation of audits
- You create product descriptions of the existing and future products
- You carry out the checks of stability data and release of recipes
- Evaluation of alternative raw materials
- You ensure the documentation in the course of the development projects
- You are responsible for editing and maintaining the recipe database
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of natural sciences, food cosmetics chemistry or comparable training
- Ideally with a few years of professional experience in a comparable position in formulation development
- Sound experience in the development of cosmetic products
- Basic understanding of quality assurance & quality control of cosmetic products
- Initiative and commitment as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality
- A sense of responsibility, resilience and a high level of initiative
- Confident handling of IT and the latest communication tools
