Your main assignments:<\/h4>\n

  • You develop innovative, modern products that cover all demands on face and body care products in natural cosmetics<\/li>\n
  • You look after existing recipes and make optimisations, legal adjustments, process and packaging changes<\/li>\n
  • You manage your own development projects with a focus on developing recipes for natural cosmetics<\/li>\n
  • You document laboratory data and support the preparation of audits<\/li>\n
  • You create product descriptions of the existing and future products<\/li>\n
  • You carry out the checks of stability data and release of recipes<\/li>\n
  • Evaluation of alternative raw materials<\/li>\n
  • You ensure the documentation in the course of the development projects<\/li>\n
  • You are responsible for editing and maintaining the recipe database<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Your profile:<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Successfully completed studies in the field of natural sciences, food cosmetics chemistry or comparable training<\/li>\n
    • Ideally with a few years of professional experience in a comparable position in formulation development<\/li>\n
    • Sound experience in the development of cosmetic products<\/li>\n
    • Basic understanding of quality assurance & quality control of cosmetic products<\/li>\n
    • Initiative and commitment as well as a pronounced hands-on mentality<\/li>\n
    • A sense of responsibility, resilience and a high level of initiative<\/li>\n
    • Confident handling of IT and the latest communication tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
